Water analysis results and medical records for food workers were not accessible. There are no FoSTaC-trained staff available.
Alcohol (Rum) is used to create plum cakes without excise approval, and this is not declared on the product's label.
The mould pots used to prepare cakes are unsanitary.
Pulp is made in bulk by combining dry fruits and jam for use in cakes and was discovered to be stored in plastic barrels. When questioned, the FBO stated that the aforementioned preparation can be used for (06) months, but the date of preparation and best before dates are not available.
The following labelling and presentation violations were observed in all the food goods, like plum.The unit manufactures cakes, biscuits, and bread, among other things. a. The FSSAI licence and production address are not displayed. b.The FSSAI logo and Veg/Non Veg logos are not displayed. c.The components and nutritional information are not displayed. d. Batch numbers are not displayed.
Food and non-food materials, such as chemicals, semi-prepared vegetables, and non-vegetarian food articles, were discovered to be stored together. Few food items stored in the refrigerator were discovered exposed and without labelling. Temperature records are not preserved.
